Thank you for visiting Sellers Global (the "Platform"). The Platform is a non‑profit community discussion website intended to provide cross‑border e‑commerce professionals with a space for experience sharing, industry exchange, and public discussion.

This Terms of Service (the "Terms") is entered into between you and the operator of the Platform (a non‑profit individual operator, referred to as "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any of the Platform’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by all terms of these Terms. If you do not agree to any term, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms, together with thePrivacy Policy and the Community Guidelines, forms the complete legal agreement governing your use of the Platform, and they have equal legal effect.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to register, access, and use all services of the Platform. During registration, you must actively check the box confirming "I am at least 13 years old." If you are under 13, do not register or use the Platform. If we discover or become aware that you are under 13, we will immediately delete your account and all associated information without prior notice.

1.2 Account Registration

Registration requires only a valid email address and a login password (passwords are stored in encrypted form). Profile information such as an avatar or bio is optional. Accounts are for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, lease, share, or register multiple duplicate accounts.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all actions, behavior, and content posted through your account. You are obligated to safeguard your account credentials and login devices. If you discover that your account has been compromised, unauthorized access has occurred, or there is any unusual activity, you must immediately notify us via email at privacy@sellersglobal.com to report the issue. The Platform bears no responsibility for any loss or dispute arising from your failure to properly protect your account.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Permitted Use

You may engage only in non‑commercial community activities on the Platform, including posting, commenting, private messaging, and sharing industry experiences.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any of the following:

Posting or disseminating content that violates applicable laws and regulations or public order and good morals (including hate speech, violence, obscenity, harassment, defamation, personal attacks, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights).

Posting spam advertisements, marketing redirects, promotional content for multi‑level marketing, third‑party referral links, or paid intermediary information.

Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or publishing another person’s private information.

Using crawlers, bots, scripts, automated registration tools, or automated liking/replying mechanisms to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.

Registering multiple accounts or using duplicate accounts to manipulate discussions, artificially inflate posts, suppress comments, or create disruptive behavior.

Scraping, copying, or reposting all or any substantial part of the Platform’s content for external commercial use without authorization.

Engaging in any other conduct that harms the Platform, other users, or the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

2.3 Enforcement of Violations

You acknowledge and agree that if you violate these Terms or the Community Conduct Guidelines, the Platform has the right, in its reasonable discretion, to take measures including but not limited to deleting infringing content, temporarily suspending your posting or private messaging capabilities, imposing a temporary or permanent ban, restricting account functions, permanently terminating your account, or erasing your data. The Platform will apply measures based on the standards expressly set forth in these Terms and the Community Conduct Guidelines.

2.4 Service Changes and Interruptions

The Platform may, at any time as operational needs require, adjust, reduce, suspend, or terminate part or all of its services, and will announce such changes via on‑site notices without separately notifying each user. The Platform shall not be liable for any service interruption or temporary inaccessibility of data caused by system maintenance, network failures, server downtime, hacker attacks, force majeure, changes in laws or regulations, government actions, or other causes beyond the Platform’s reasonable control, and shall not bear any compensation or liability for breach of contract.

3. User Content and License

3.1 Legal Responsibility for Content

You bear full legal responsibility for all content you post, including posts, comments, images, text, private messages, and any other material. You warrant that the content you post is lawful, complies with all applicable regulations, and does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, reputation, or other legal rights.

3.2 License to Platform

For the purpose of operating, displaying, and distributing community content on the Platform, you automatically grant the Platform a worldwide, non‑exclusive, perpetual, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to store, display, publicly post, distribute, and moderately edit or compile the content you post. You retain all other copyright rights in your content. After your account is deleted, the Platform will cease new commercial or display use of your personal content; however, the Platform reserves the right to permanently retain and use aggregated, anonymized community data.

3.3 Content Moderation

The Platform has the right, but not the obligation, to review all user content in advance or in real time. If the Platform discovers content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, or violates laws, it has the right to remove or delete such content immediately and to take action against the account in accordance with the violation provisions of these Terms.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

The name "Sellers Global," its logo, visual identifiers, website interface design, page layout, source code, text compilation, and all other intellectual property rights therein belong exclusively to the Platform operator. Without the formal written permission of the Platform, no individual or organization may copy, modify, imitate, redistribute, or use such intellectual property for any commercial or for‑profit purpose.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is a neutral, non‑profit information exchange community. It provides only the technical storage space for posting and browsing content. The Platform does not participate in, facilitate, guarantee, or act as an intermediary for any offline transactions, business negotiations, buying or selling activities, or private arrangements between users. Any information, opportunities, service recommendations, industry opinions, or supply‑and‑demand information posted by users are solely the personal views of those users and do not constitute investment advice, offers, or official endorsements by the Platform. Any offline contacts or transactions are conducted at your own risk, and you bear full responsibility for any consequences. The Platform does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure, nor does it guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any content posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform disclaims all liability for any loss or dispute arising from force majeure, cyberattacks, third‑party service failures, government regulatory requirements, user errors, or any other causes beyond the Platform’s reasonable control. The Platform assumes no responsibility for any private disputes, contract breaches, financial losses, physical injuries, or other claims arising between users, including any vicarious liability, joint liability, or compensation obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of the Platform and its operator for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any of its services shall be limited to the total fees (if any) you have paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have paid no fees to the Platform, the limit shall be Ten U.S. Dollars (USD 10). This limitation of liability does not apply to bodily injury directly caused by the Platform’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. No Commercialization or Paid Services

The Platform currently operates as a strictly non‑profit service. It does not offer subscriptions, paid features, advertising placements, transaction facilitation, traffic monetization, promotional services, or any other commercial services. The Platform does not rule out the possibility of changing its operating model or offering for‑profit services in the future. Users are not required to pay any fees to the Platform. If the Platform’s operating model or fee structure changes in the future, the Platform will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via a prominent on‑site announcement and an email to your registered email address, and will update these Terms accordingly.

8. Modification and Termination of Terms

The Platform may amend these Terms from time to time. For material changes that reduce your rights or increase your obligations, the Platform will provide at least seven (7) days’ advance notice via a prominent on‑site announcement and an email to your registered email address. Your continued access or use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. You may voluntarily delete your account through the account settings; the processing of your personal data will be governed by the Privacy Policy. If these Terms terminate for any reason or your account is deleted, Sections 3 (Content License), 4 (Platform Intellectual Property), 5 (Disclaimers), 6 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) shall survive indefinitely and remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, both parties voluntarily agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Geographic Scope of Service: The Platform is provided solely to residents of the United States. If you are located outside the United States, do not access or use the Platform. The Platform assumes no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your violation of this geographic restriction.

Express Choice of Law: The Platform is not intended to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, China’s Personal Information Protection Law, or the privacy or data protection laws of any other country or region. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.

10. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a copyright notice to privacy@sellersglobal.com that includes:

A complete description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

The URL link(s) to the allegedly infringing content on the Platform;

Your identity and valid contact information.

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, the Platform will promptly investigate. If infringement is confirmed, the Platform will immediately remove or disable access to the infringing content, notify the user who posted the content, and take appropriate action against the account in accordance with these Terms.

If you require a legal notice address or formal correspondence address, you may request it via the official email address.

These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are complementary and together constitute the complete legal basis for your use of the Platform.
